Services
Services are aimed at awakening inner potential, strengthening relationships, and organizing the external world in ways that help our clients to overcome challenges and meet their own individual life goals.
Assessment
Getting To Know You
A comprehensive and thorough assessment is vital to each client's success. An assessment involves gathering information, identifying areas of strength and weakness, outlining the goals of therapy, and creating a plan for achieving them.
Family Therapy
Focusing On The Home
Families work with a trained therapist to improve communication, resolve conflict, and increase feelings of connectedness.
Individual Therapy
One-On-One Treatment
Clients work with a trained therapist - in a safe, supportive and confidential setting - to explore beliefs, feelings, and/or behaviors, work through influential memories, gain a better understanding of self/others, set personal goals and work toward desired change to improve quality of life.
Group Therapy
Listening To Everyone
This form of psychotherapy usually involves one therapist and 6-12 participants with related challenges. In this setting, participants improve not only from therapeutic interventions but also by observing and receiving feedback from other group members.
Coordination of Services
Working Through The Systems
When desired and authorized by our clients, communicating with other healthcare providers, school professionals, and other community members is often an invaluable part of promoting holistic wellness.
