Pathways offers complementary 15 minute phone consults to assist with any questions you may have in regards to scheduling with one of our providers. If you decide to schedule with one of our providers, a deposit of $100 is required to confirm the initial appointment.  This deposit is applied towards the cost of the initial appointment or towards any costs your insurance does not cover.  Please have your insurance card and method of payment available at the time of the call to enable prompt scheduling.
